CASA has plot for it but is working to get 72 AH units <br /> there. . . town of Charlottesville, VA passed AH resolution for <br /> college town to keep people in place there. . . did it by <br /> focusing on racial equity v. property values in check (financial <br /> approach)... got it passed and not as people griped as they <br /> expected <br /> Weatherly-Rosner: Question: what do they mean by AH . . . <br /> immediately think of giant apt complex that has all of the <br /> low-income people concentrated in one area away from <br /> everyone else. . . would like to see breaking up of such <br /> funding into smaller units so that it can be dispersed <br /> throughout the community <br /> Big frustration about being on the system is that I have to <br /> stay very low-income to be okay, so feels kind of stuck.
