12 <br /> <br />Rail Projects <br />Rail projects may be scored and funded within any of the three funding categories (Statewide, <br />Regional, or Division). The MPO will coordinate closely with the NCDOT Rail Division on the <br />identification, prioritization, and submission of rail projects.
