The Resolution was received in the Clerk's office on March 12, 2004, <br />It is a statutory, requirement that the BOCC make reappointments to Carrboro Planning Board <br />ET.I and/or Transition Area positions within 90 days after receiving such a Resolution; <br />otherwise, the Carrboro Board of Aldermen may make these reappointments. The deadline for <br />the BOCC to make these reappointments is June 10, 2004. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None, <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making the following reappointments to the Carrboro <br />Planning Board; Frank R. Hammill, ETJ position, for a first full term and Susan Poulton to a <br />Transition Area position for a second full term, both terms to expire February 28, 2007, <br />
