Box 8181 <br />Hillsborough, N.C. 27278 <br />Deaz Mr Link: <br />The Carrboro Board of Aldermen at its meeting on March 2, 2004 adopted the attached resolutions <br />requesting appointments to the Carrbor' o Board of Adjustment and Planning Board.. <br />The Board is requesting that Mr. John Ring be re-appointed to a Transition Area seat on the Board <br />of Adjustment. His new term wilhexpire in Febru 02ary 07. ~~ <br />In addition, the Board is requesting that Susan Poulton and Frank Hammill be appointed to <br />Transition Area seats on the Planning Board. Ms. Poulton's term would expire in February 2005, <br />and Mr. Hammill's term would expire in February 2007.. <br />The Board is also requesting that David Clinton be appointed to an ETJ seat on the Planning Board.. <br />His term would expire in February 2007. <br />We would appreciate your submitting these resolutions to the County Commissioners for <br />consideration. <br />Thank you. <br />Sincerely, <br />Sarah C.
