EMERGENCY RELIEF PROGRAM. <br /> An applicant to the Public Transportation Emergency Relief Program, 49 U.S.C. §5324, must <br /> make the following certification. The certification is required by 49 U.S.C. §53240 and must be <br /> made before the applicant can receive a grant under the Emergency Relief program. <br /> The applicant certifies that the applicant has insurance required under State law for all structures <br /> related to the emergency relief program grant application. <br /> 19 <br />
