| Statement of Work | Traverse Implementation Project <br />| Appendix C: Deliverable Acceptance Criteria Appendix C: Deliverable Acceptance Criteria C-2 <br />Deliverable Description Acceptance Criteria <br />SaaS Environment Setup Includes provisioning the cloud <br />environment(s). <br />Review Method: Functional Review <br />The SaaS environment(s) have been configured and are ready for <br />production. <br />Solution Design Document Details the configuration of Traverse as well as <br />the development of the ETL process(es) <br />between ACTS via NC Data Warehouse and <br />Traverse <br />Review Method: Formal Evaluation <br />The delivered Solution Design Document addresses: <br />• The baseline Traverse configuration. <br />• The fields that will be drawn from ACTS via NC Data <br />Warehouse. <br />• Provides case-, client-, and service provider-based <br />information from ACTS via NC Data Warehouse to <br />Traverse. <br />Baseline ETL Configuration Defines the configuration of the ETL <br />process(es). <br />Review Method: Functional Review <br />ETL process(es) have been configured consistent with the <br />approved Solution Design Document. Preliminary ETL process(es) <br />have been placed under configuration management and <br />baselined as a benchmark and reference point for future system <br />changes. <br />Taxonomy Development Details Orange CSS’s taxonomy, which <br />underpins their Traverse solution. <br />Review Method: Formal Evaluation <br />The taxonomy contains all applicable content types associated <br />with Orange CSS’s business units. <br />Electronic Forms Design Includes the design of electronic forms in the <br />Traverse solution. <br />Review Method: Functional Review <br />Forms created within the Traverse solution, as established in the <br />“Electronic Forms Design” section of this document, have been <br />added to the production environment. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: D7D212FB-FBC9-4D6C-91D3-137CA2E41E22
