| Statement of Work | Traverse Implementation Project <br />| Appendix A: Change Management Appendix A: Change Management A-3 <br />• Requested changes/enhancements to project products <br />If the change request exceeds any of the established threshold limits, the Northwoods Project Manager <br />evaluates whether the CR is within the overall scope of the project. If the requested change exceeds the <br />threshold but is within scope of the project, the Northwoods Project Manager refers the CR to the Northwoods <br />Project Management Office (PMO) for a decision. In instances for which the CR exceeds the threshold but is not <br />within scope of the project, the Northwoods Project Manager refers the matter to the Northwoods Change <br />Control Board (CCB), which determines if the change request is to be implemented. The Northwoods Project <br />Manager communicates decisions by the PMO/CCB to the Orange CSS Project Manager. <br />Management <br />The Northwoods Project Manager is responsible for implementing approved change requests and managing <br />the risks associated with all approved or rejected change requests.
