| Statement of Work | Traverse Implementation Project <br />| Work Requirements Work Requirements 21 <br />Code Topic Assumption <br />A.12 Commercially <br />Available <br />Software <br />Traverse is a commercially available software product. As such, suggestions <br />for changes/enhancements to software source code may be considered for <br />future releases, but implementation will not be contingent upon these <br />changes. <br />A.13 System <br />Integration <br />Orange CSS will adhere to requirements for Traverse single sign-on <br />functionality, provided by Northwoods. <br />A.14 System <br />Integration <br />Orange CSS’s single sign-on provider will be configured with SAML 2.0 IdP. <br />A.15 Extract, <br />Transform, Load <br />Orange CSS will adhere to the Solution Design Document and the ETL <br />specifications provided by Northwoods. <br />A.16 Extract, <br />Transform, Load <br />Changes to the ETL process(es) will be subject to Change Management, as <br />detailed in “Appendix A: Change Management”. <br />A.17 Extract, <br />Transform, Load <br />Orange CSS will be responsible for providing Northwoods with access to <br />ACTS demographic data via NC Data Warehouse. <br />A.18 Extract, <br />Transform, Load <br />ACTS data files, provided by Orange CSS in a format specified by <br />Northwoods, must have a unique identifier for each case and person. <br />A.19 Extract, <br />Transform, Load <br />Orange CSS will be responsible for resolving any duplicate records for cases <br />and people within ACTS prior to the execution of any Traverse ETL <br />process(es). <br />A.20 Extract, <br />Transform, Load <br />Northwoods will not be responsible for resolving any duplicate records for <br />cases and people within Traverse. <br />A.21 Extract, <br />Transform, Load <br />Orange CSS must provide Northwoods with a prompt response in the event <br />Northwoods identifies an ACTS data issue. <br />A.22 Testing Orange CSS will provide the appropriate network access and security <br />privileges for Northwoods’ testers. <br />A.23 Testing Following completion of the ETL review, as detailed in “Phase 3: Test,” <br />Northwoods will promote Traverse to its production environment (upon <br />Orange CSS’s approval and authorization).
