| Statement of Work | Traverse Implementation Project <br />| Work Requirements Work Requirements 20 <br />Code Topic Assumption <br />A.2 General Orange CSS will provide Northwoods with local and remote (VPN) network <br />access and appropriate security privileges to application server(s) for the <br />Northwoods project team to complete configuration of solution software. To <br />facilitate an expedient project implementation, this access should be <br />unescorted whenever possible. <br />A.3 General Orange CSS will provide: <br />• Technical assistance as needed <br />• Appropriate security and network access levels to all required support <br />systems related to the project <br />• Appropriate access levels, procedure documentation, and/or <br />consultation for all supporting systems <br />A.4 General Orange CSS will adhere to timeframes established in a mutually agreed upon <br />Baseline Project Schedule. Delays in project activities may result in additional <br />service costs, change orders, and possible delays in the project. <br />A.5 Project Planning <br />and Management <br />The Orange CSS Project Manager will coordinate activities for Orange CSS <br />resources (for example, personnel and facilities). <br />A.6 Forms Design The Northwoods project team will be responsible for reviewing and <br />approving all Traverse forms prior to placing them in the production <br />environment. <br />A.7 Forms Design The Northwoods forms designers will only design forms in English and— <br />upon request—Spanish, with each designed form contributing to the total <br />number of forms purchased in accordance with the Orange CSS Traverse <br />contract. Orange CSS will be responsible for identifying and/or requesting <br />Spanish forms during project startup. <br />A.8 Client Hardware <br />Deployment <br />Orange CSS will purchase and install client hardware within timeframes <br />established in a mutually agreed upon Baseline Project Schedule. Delays in <br />purchasing client hardware may result in additional service costs and <br />possible delays in the project. <br />A.9 Client Hardware <br />Deployment <br />Orange CSS will be responsible for configuring an appropriate Enterprise <br />Mobility Management (EMM) tool. <br />A.10 Client Hardware <br />Deployment <br />Northwoods will provide technical specifications for Orange CSS to procure <br />all necessary client hardware. <br />A.11 Client Hardware <br />Deployment <br />Orange CSS will be responsible for purchasing appropriate desktop <br />scanners. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: D7D212FB-FBC9-4D6C-91D3-137CA2E41E22
