Confirm Project Acceptance Criteria. <br />2. Verify completion of work requirements and deliverable acceptance. <br />3. Verify Project Acceptance Criteria have been achieved. <br />4. Formally close the project. <br />Responsibilities <br />Code Description Responsible Party <br />5.1 Review outstanding issues with the Orange CSS Project Manager Northwoods <br />5.2 Review Project Acceptance Criteria with the Orange CSS Project Sponsor <br />and Project Manager <br />Northwoods <br />5.3 Submit Project Acceptance form for signoff Northwoods <br />5.4 Approve project acceptance Orange CSS <br />5.5 Perform administrative closure: final invoicing; collection and archival of <br />project records; and release of project resources (for example, staff, facilities, <br />and automated systems) <br />Northwoods <br />5.6 Decommission the Traverse test environment Northwoods <br />Location and Hours of Work <br />In order to reduce deployment barriers, the work activities performed by the Northwoods project team are <br />performed remotely and on location at Orange CSS. As a result, Orange CSS must provide the following to the <br />Northwoods project team: <br />• Open/escorted facility access for project team members (including after hours when work activities <br />cannot be accomplished during normal business hours) <br />• Office space and/or cubicles with the ability to be secured and at least one active network jack <br />(Ethernet connection), or wireless access point, and one electrical connection <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: D7D212FB-FBC9-4D6C-91D3-137CA2E41E22
