| Statement of Work | Traverse Implementation Project <br />| Project Scope Project Scope 2 <br />Project Scope <br />The project objective is to deploy Traverse for use by up to 25 Orange CSS users. <br />Deliverables <br />The following project deliverables are subsidiary elements of the final project product, each with its own <br />separate but interdependent deliverable scope: <br />• Baseline Project Schedule • Training Schedule <br />• Client Software Deployment • Business Process Review <br />• SaaS Environment Setup • Solution Design Document <br />• Baseline ETL Configuration • Taxonomy Development <br />• Electronic Forms Design • ETL Testing <br />• ETL Review • Training <br />• Implementation Support <br />Deliverable review procedures are described in “Appendix B: Deliverable Review Procedures” on page B-1 while <br />deliverable acceptance criteria for this project’s deliverables are provided in “Appendix C: Deliverable <br />Acceptance Criteria” on page C-1. <br />Northwoods Project Team Roles <br />The Northwoods project management team is responsible for ensuring the satisfactory and timely completion <br />of each project task by planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling human and equipment/material <br />resources and applying project management methodologies in alignment with Project Management Institute <br />(PMI) standards. <br />The Northwoods project team will include the following roles: <br />Role Responsibilities <br />Project Manager Manages the project implementation approach, staffing, responsibilities, and <br />delivery of services. Serves as one of the primary points of contact for Orange <br />CSS. Oversees and supports solution rollout.
