All rights reserved. 11 <br />3) CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES: <br />a) In order to use the Northwoods Software, You must have or must obtain access to the internet, either <br />directly or through devices that access Web-based Content. You must also provide all equipment necessary to <br />make (and maintain) such connection to the internet. <br />b) You agree to provide at least one (1) "System Administrator" responsible for the administration, supervision <br />and management of the Software. <br />c) You will provide and assign a unique password and user names to each authorized user. You acknowledge <br />and agree that You are prohibited from sharing passwords and or user names with unauthorized users. You <br />will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of Your (including Your employees’) passwords and user <br />names.
