Our LWV in Dare County participated in the state <br />League's eldercare study in 1989. Our Town Council dealt with some of the problems <br />arising from needs for services to the elderly, and living at Carol Woods for the past <br />seven years has given me some background and insights into the issues facing the State <br />and the County with respect to an increasing papulaticn of older adults.
