<br />HCV Program Support Services Agreement <br />for the Orange County Housing Department <br /> <br />6 <br />Publicity <br />Neither party shall issue a press release or other public statement regarding the relationship of the <br />parties or this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party. Notwithstanding the <br />forgoing, OCHD agrees that NMA may list OCHD as one of its clients in NMA’s marketing <br />materials. <br />Governing Law <br />The final Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of <br />California and the laws applicable therein. <br />Acceptance <br />OCHD indicates their acceptance of this Agreement by signing in the appropriate space provided <br />below and returning a signed copy to NMA.
