<br />b) Wear and tear, rust, or corrosion;
<br />c) Change in flavor, color, texture, or fin-
<br />ish;
<br />d) Decay, fungus, mildew, or mold;
<br />e) Damp or dry air;
<br />f) Inherent vice;
<br />g) Smog;
<br />h) Latent or hidden defect;
<br />i) Marring or scratching;
<br />j) Smoke, vapor, or gases from agricultur-
<br />al or industrial operations;
<br />k) Settling, cracking, shrinking, bulging or
<br />expansion of pavements, foundations,
<br />walls, sidewalks, driveways, patios,
<br />floors, roofs, or ceilings;
<br />l) Nesting or infestation, discharge, or re-
<br />lease of waste products or secretions by
<br />insects, birds (except glass breakage),
<br />rodents, or other animals;
<br />m) Mechanical breakdown, including rup-
<br />ture or bursting caused by centrifugal
<br />force
<br />unless a covered "loss" ensues, and then on-
<br />ly for ensuing "loss".
<br />3) Electricity
<br />Electricity, including electric arching other
<br />than lightning, unless fire or explosion en-
<br />sues, and then only for ensuing "loss".
<br />4) Humidity/Temperature
<br />Humidity, freezing or overheating, damp-
<br />ness, dryness, or changes in or extremes of
<br />temperature
<br />5) Loss Of Use
<br />Loss of use, business interruption, delay, or
<br />loss of market.
<br />6) Mysterious Disappearance
<br />Mysterious disappearance or unexplained
<br />"loss".
<br />7) Pollutants
<br />Discharge, dispersal, seepage, migration, re-
<br />lease, or escape of "pollutants" unless the
<br />discharge, dispersal, seepage, migration, re-
<br />lease, or escape is itself caused by a peril in-
<br />sured against. But if "loss" or damage by a
<br />peril insured against results from the dis-
<br />charge, dispersal, seepage, migration, re-
<br />lease, or escape of "pollutants", we will pay
<br />for the resulting damage caused by the peril
<br />insured against.
<br />8) Unauthorized Instruction
<br />Property that has been transferred to a per-
<br />son or to a place outside the described prem-
<br />ises on the basis of unauthorized instruc-
<br />tions.
<br />9) Unlawful Occupation
<br />Possession arising out of unlawful occupa-
<br />tion of the installation premises or site, but
<br />this does not exclude your liability for dam-
<br />age to or removal of insured property during
<br />such occupation.
<br />10) Voluntary Parting
<br />You or anyone acting on your express or
<br />implied authority, being induced by any dis-
<br />honest act to voluntarily part with title or
<br />possession of any property.
<br />6. Deductible
<br />The following is added to Section V - Deductibles,
<br />but only for this coverage.
<br />We will pay the amount of "loss" to covered property
<br />in any one occurrence that is in excess of $200 if the
<br />"loss" is only covered by this Installation Coverage.
<br />When the occurrence involves "loss" to covered
<br />property under this Contractors Select Enhancement
<br />Endorsement and under this Installation Coverage,
<br />the highest deductible will be applied to the "loss".
<br />7. Conditions
<br />The following are added to Section VIII - Commer-
<br />cial Property Conditions:
<br />a. Insurance Under More Than One Coverage
<br />If more than one coverage applies to the same
<br />"loss", we will pay no more than the actual
<br />amount of the "loss".
<br />b. Loss Payable Clause
<br />"Loss" shall be payable to loss payees named in
<br />the "Declarations" to the extent of their interest.
<br />Our Duties
<br />We will:
<br />1) Protect the loss payee's interest in the in-
<br />sured property. This protection will not be
<br />invalidated by any act of neglect of the In-
<br />sured, any breach of warranty, increase in
<br />hazard, change of ownership, or subsequent
<br />legal encumbrance if the loss payee has no
<br />knowledge of these conditions; and
