BUSINESS CATASTROPHE LIABILITY <br />CAT-108 (Ed. 4/03) UF-5357 <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY.PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL LIABILITY UMBRELLA COVERAGE PART <br />Section II - Who Is An Insured is amended to include <br />any person or organization shown in the Declarations <br />but only with respect to liability arising: <br /> 1. Out of the ongoing operations performed by you or <br />your employees for the additional insured; or <br /> 2.
