3. PAYMENT OF COSTS: The client agrees to pay the Disc Golf Design Group, LLC <br />$10,000.00 for the design phase stated in the above scope of work. This fee does not <br />include purchase cost, assembly and installation of targets/baskets, tee pads and <br />signage. Nor does this fee include any construction or manual labor to clear the <br />fairways or install the course. The Client agrees to pay $3,500.00 of the design fee upon <br />signing this contract, with the remainder of $6,500 due being paid upon completion of <br />the initial design. Chec ks are to be made out to the Disc Golf Design Group, LLC. <br /> <br />Client understands that if multiple redesigns must be completed due to the client <br />changing parameters or other items outside of the control of the Disc Golf Design <br />Group, LLC and/or if multiple trips must be made to meet with subcontractors to <br />finalize construction budget, the Client will be billed an additional $75/hour plus .67 <br />cents per mile to and from project site. <br /> <br />4.
