<br /> <br />Disc Golf Design Group, LLC Service Agreement <br /> <br />This agreement is entered into by the Disc Golf Design Group, LLC and Orange County <br />North Carolina Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks and Recreation (DEAPR) <br />located at PO Box 8181 (1020 US 70 West) Hillsborough, NC 27278 (hereafter referred to as <br />"the client") for the design of an 18 -hole disc golf course located at Blackwood Farm Park <br />4215 NC – 86, Chapel Hill, NC 27514 . <br /> <br />The design project contemplated by this AGREEMENT is of mutual interest and benefit to <br />both parties. The client desires to provide funding in support of this DESIGN PROJECT; the <br />parties hereto agree: <br />1. SCOPE OF DESIGN PROJECT: The Disc Golf Design Group, LLC with input <br />from the client will: <br />• Further explore all usable areas that are identified by the client as land that is <br />usable for the creation of an 18-hole competitive disc golf course, noting all <br />natural features that stand out and are unique about the designated land. <br />• Explore and communicate the possibility of a recreational type of course being <br />integrated into the designated land along with the 18-hole course. <br />• Create a proposed 18 -hole competitive course design featuring as many of <br />the unique natural features as possible. <br />• Create multiple alternative tee pads and basket locations for each hole. <br />• Create a proposed practice basket location. <br />• Present proposed design and analysis to client for feedback. Make any <br />changes that need to be made based on the client's input. Present the re - <br />design for final approval. <br />• Clearly mark all the approximate tee pad areas and potential basket <br />placements for initial clearing of fairways. <br />• Meet with the client and necessary subcontractors to further analyze the <br />cost of construction and help create a plan to begin construction. <br /> <br />2. DESIGN PROJECT COMPLETION: The design project shall commence i n March of <br />2024 with the hopes of having a finalized design by the end of May 2024.
