Customer may <br />initiate a helpdesk ticket during Support Hours by calling (855) 735-6673 or any time by emailing support@blazestack.com. <br /> <br />Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all helpdesk tickets within one (1) business day. <br /> <br /> <br />SERVICE INFORMATION: <br />Service Fee includes implementation, support and 50 GB of Case Media Storage per annum. (Additional case media storage <br />capacity can be added at a cost of $50/year per each additional 50 GB.
