Sign up sheet for PM Awards — Michael to discuss HRC volunteers and when/how we should <br /> volunteer with a view toward volunteering in roles which enhance community connection as <br /> opposed to the mechanics of the event. <br /> V. County Updates-Shameka Fairbanks (4:05-4:07) <br /> a. Shameka discussed the events she drew our attention to by email. <br /> b. Pauli Murray nominations are small, and it is up to the subcommittee if they want to repurpose the <br /> nominations from last year. If modifications want to be made to award requirements for next year,that <br /> can be done after this round to make it more inclusive. <br /> VI. HRC Events Report-(4:33-4:48) <br /> a.Met and began planning of the subcommittees during the retreat. Reports from subcommittees will be <br /> forthcoming once they have had a chance to meet. Here are the current subcommittees: <br /> i. Outreach and Engagement: <br /> 1. LGBTQ: Brooke,Jemm <br /> 2. Hispanic Community: Lynn, Rhian, Ruby <br /> 3. Black Community: Rhian <br />
