Any industrial uses of or activity on the <br /> perty are prohibited . <br /> 2 . 24 Extinguishment of Development Rights . Except as otherwise reserved to <br /> the Gran rs in this Conservation Easement, the parties agree that all development rights <br /> appurte t to the Property are hereby released, terminated and extinguished, and may not be <br /> used on ansferred to any portion of the Grantors ' Property as it now or hereafter may be <br /> bounded o scribed, or used or transferred to any other property adjacent or otherwise, nor <br /> used for the ose of calculating permissible lot yield of the Grantor ' s Property or any other <br /> property . <br /> 2 . V Open Space and Development Rights . The Easement Area shall not be <br /> used to satisfy open space or density requirements of any cluster or other development scheme or <br /> plan . The development rights encumbered by this Conservation Easement shall not be transferred <br /> to any other land pursu to a transfer of development rights scheme , a cluster development <br /> arrangement, or otherw <br /> 2 , 22 Mit o ' n . There shall be no use of the Easement Area or any portion <br /> thereof to satisfy comPensattooV requirements under 33 USC Section 1344 N . C . G . S . <br /> iti gation <br /> § 143 -214 . 11 or any successor q Ir*eplacement provision of the foregoing . <br /> 3 . ADDITIONAL RI " S RETAINED BY GRANTOR. Grantor retains the <br /> followingadditional rights , J <br /> g <br /> (a) Existing Uses .
