In addition to establishing a continuous pedestrian facility along the <br /> major north-south axis to Carrboro,the improvement would provide pedestrian access to bus stops for 8 Chapel Hill Transit routes <br /> and one GoTriangle Route within the 1/2 mile(the walking service area).
