The application has been reviewed for all criteria for <br /> allowance of a private road, including its purpose and intent, as set forth in UDO Sections 7.8.4 <br /> and 7.8.5(A), respectively. All Minor Subdivision Final Plat requirements will be met prior to <br /> signature and recordation. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no direct financial impact to the County associated with this item. <br /> Roy Cooper Lane will be maintained by the adjacent property owners, per a Road Maintenance <br /> Agreement, and as required by UDO Section 7.8.5(D)(14). <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: The following Orange County Social Justice Goal is associated with <br /> this item: <br /> • GOAL: CREATE A SAFE COMMUNITY <br /> The reduction of risks from vehicle/traffic accidents, childhood and senior injuries, gang <br /> activity, substance abuse and domestic violence. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: There is no Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal <br /> impact associated with this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board adopt the attached <br /> resolution to approve the applicant's petition for a 25-foot right of way for Roy Cooper Lane to <br /> accompany recordation of the Minor Subdivision Plat for Wheelis Building Company. <br />
