The NC Department of Commerce has agreed to support the County's incentive agreement <br /> with ABB, Inc. The County has received $500,000 of pass-through funding from the State's <br /> Building Reuse Grant Program as ABB, Inc. has met the company's 2022 capital <br /> investment goal and has created 378 new jobs. The Health Department requests to amend the County Fee Schedule to include the new <br /> fees detailed in Attachment 2. These changes to the fee schedule do not affect revenues <br /> budgeted for FY 2023-24. The proposed modifications are to more accurately reflect cost <br /> and to recognize new services for which a fee will be charged. The Respiratory Syncytial <br /> Virus (RSV) fees that are additions or increases are billed to private insurance in cases <br /> where patients have insurance, and in cases where patients are uninsured or <br />
