The project is located <br /> within 10.01 acres of property at 6915-UT Millhouse Road. The request proposes <br /> development consisting of: <br /> • Application is proposing to re-zone the property to ASE-CD to allow for <br /> "Agricultural Services Uses". <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon the submittal of a required Site <br /> Plan, dated October 31, 2023.
