Group, PA Project Number: 1-23-1024 <br /> To the User: <br /> The L.E.A.D.S. Group, PA is working on the development plans for the Treeist's proposed base of <br /> operations off Millhouse Road. Based on the current concept plans and a review of ITE trip generation <br /> rates for similar uses as proposed,the following information is presented: <br /> Based on a trip generation rate of 4 trips per employee per day,the proposed workforce of 62 total <br /> employees with the majority of these employees assembling to serve on an estimated work force of 15 <br /> tree service crews: A very conservative generation of traffic is estimated at 308 trips or less per day. <br /> The proposed all weather surface connection between the property and Millhouse Road will provide an <br /> adequate outlet for the proposed operation in the area, provide for the required emergency vehicle <br /> access if needed and minimally affect the existing activities to the serve the communications tower on <br /> the property. <br /> The L.E.A.D.S.
