54 Summary of Proposed Utility Services Utility services will be provided by area power (Piedmont Electric) and telecom providers. Water and sewer services are self-contained within the property. An on-site water supply and wastewater system consisting of well and septic facilities will be installed after proper permitting with the Orange County Environmental Health Department.
