Board members voted three in favor of Ms. <br /> 26 Bailey (Liz Kalies, Marilyn Carter, and Delores Bailey) and nine in favor of Mr. Beeman (Lamar Proctor, Beth <br /> 27 Bronson, Statler Gilfillen, Chris Johnston, Steve Kaufmann, Charity Kirk, Melissa Poole, Whitney Watson, and <br /> 28 Adam Beeman). <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Adam Beeman was elected Planning Board Chair for 2024. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Lamar Proctor was nominated for Vice-Chair, with a unanimous vote in favor. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 AGENDA ITEM 3: APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 35 December 6, 2023 Regular Meeting Minutes <br /> 36 December 6, 2023 Training Session Notes <br /> 37 <br /> 38 MOTION BY Melissa Poole to approve the minutes.
