The following <br /> information is a status report of the Churton Grove (Scotswood) Planned Development <br /> and responses to Ms. Osborn's questions which she re-wrote on May 28, 2002 and <br /> forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners (see letter 3). <br /> On June 12, 2002 Robert Davis and I met with three neighborhood appointees of the <br /> Homeowners Association (HOA) still presently under the control of the developer.
