The developer said that he could provide those memberships as mandatory for those <br /> who purchase townhomes. I concur with mandatory membership of the pool and clubhouse <br /> amenities for the townhome residents,with the remaining nine memberships being unavailable <br /> for purchase or other use. I base this recommendation on my research. Selling outside <br /> memberships is not fair and reasonable, as this is not the method of business within <br /> comparable communities in the RTP area.
