(All other staff members will be identified <br /> 17 appropriately below) <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Chair Bedford called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All commissioners were present, <br /> 20 except for Commissioner Fowler. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 1. Boards and Commissions —Annual Work Plan Summaries <br /> 23 The Board provided feedback and direction on the first group of boards and commissions' annual <br /> 24 work plan summaries with their Chairs (or representatives) in attendance. A second group of <br /> 25 boards and commissions' annual work plan summaries is scheduled for the Board's March 12, <br /> 26 2024 work session. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 BACKGROUND: In the past, as part of the Board of Commissioners' annual planning and goal <br /> 29 setting retreats, the Board requested and reviewed/provided feedback on annual plan summaries <br /> 30 from the County's internal boards and commissions. This information provided the Board with a <br /> 31 yearly overview of the boards and commissions and their projected goals for the upcoming year. <br /> 32 This particular process ended in 2007.
