Proposed project is for rezoning and special use permits.The property will be used to house the Treeist <br /> tree care and consulting company. The property will be home to two proposed office and workshop spaces, a <br /> residential unit for a property caretaker, with supporting tree service equipment nestled within a perimeter of <br /> wooded areas and buffers on the 10-acre property. <br /> Two (2) Superfund Section sites and no (0) Brownfields Program Sites were identified within one mile <br /> of the project as shown on the attached report. The Superfund Section recommends that site files be <br /> reviewed to ensure that appropriate precautions are incorporated into any construction activities that <br /> encounter potentially contaminated soil or groundwater.
