She said it is a place <br /> where they really make the work happen. <br /> Anita Jones-McNair said that in the Town of Carrboro the racial equity action plan was <br /> approved in November 2023. She said that the town's work can be viewed at <br /> https://www.carrboronc.gov/Race-and-Equity. <br /> Camille Berry asked if there are plans to train elected officials on CARE. <br /> Anita Jones-McNair said yes and that there are self-paced training modules online and <br /> live training can also be scheduled. <br />
