He said <br /> that it shows the CIP as planned and the county facility plan. <br /> Commissioner Fowler asked if any of these projects included things that were already <br /> planned in the CIP. <br /> Travis Myren said they removed items that would overlap. <br /> Commissioner McKee asked what the time frame would be for the tax rate increase. <br /> Travis Myren said that would be a one-time 4-cent tax increase in FY 2025-26. <br />
