Watershed Review and Implications of County vs. State Watershed <br /> Delineations: Review the County and State watershed delineation lines and the <br /> implications of current differences, including stormwater standards. Be mindful of <br /> any lessened watershed protection measures. <br /> 4. Rural Enterprises: As part of the analysis for the Land Use Plan 2050, determine <br /> need to address innovative water & sewage disposal issues in the Rural Activity <br /> Nodes (RANs) to encourage development in these nodes. Evaluate non-residential <br /> acreage thresholds in both the existing Comprehensive Plan and the UDO to better <br /> enable retail services or other uses in identified RANs. <br /> 5.
