Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan and Map <br />Amend the Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan and Map to remove references to <br />the Chapel Hill Southern Transitian Area and Southern Small Area Plan and to <br />change the designation of the Chapel Hill Southern Transition Area to Rural <br />Buffer. <br />This amendment requires the approval of the Chapel Hill Town Council, Carrboro <br />Board of Aldermen, and Orange County Commissioners. <br />8:30 025 <br />3. Orange County Zoning Atlas -Amend the Orange County Zoning Atlas for the <br />area currently designated as Chapel Hill Southern Transitian Area and proposed <br />for the Rural Buffer land use category from Chapel Hill R-LD1 zoning to Orange <br />County Rural Buffer FRB) zoning. <br />This amendment requires the approval of the Orange County Commissioners. <br />D. NON-PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS <br />9:00 057 <br />Agricultural Business Options/Rural Enterprises - Ta receive a brief report <br />on a proposal to allow a greater range of agricultural enterprises in the rural <br />areas. Although this is a countywide planning jurisdiction initiative, the report will <br />focus on the Rural Buffer portion of the Joint Planning Area. <br />This item is informational only and no action by the three governinq boards is <br />needed. <br />9:15 059 <br />2. Twin Creeks (Moniese Nomp} - In December 2003, the Board of County <br />Commissioners received the report of the Chapel Hill Township Park and <br />Educational Campus Master Plan Work Group and renamed the 193 acre site <br />Twin Creeks (Moniese Nomp - Tutelo-Saponi for Twin Creeks). The boards will <br />review the components of the Master Plan, consider a possible phase I of the <br />park, and discuss issues identified in previous meetings. <br />This item is informational only and no action by the three governinq boards is <br />needed. <br />9:30 <br />E.
