r. Authorization for Manaaer to Lease Property at 501 W. Franklin Street The Board will consider authorizing the County Manager to lease property at 501 W. Franklin St., Chapel Hill, during July and August, 2002. S. Bid Award: Whitted Parkina Lot Pavina Project The Board will consider awarding a bid to Patriot Builders, in the amount of$60,500 to pave two parking lots at the Whitted Human Services Center. t.
