She said it is a place <br /> 13 where they really make the work happen. <br /> 14 Anita Jones-McNair said that in the Town of Carrboro the racial equity action plan was <br /> 15 approved in November 2023. She said that the town's work can be viewed at <br /> 16 https://www.carrboronc.gov/Race-and-Equity. <br /> 17 Camille Berry asked if there are plans to train elected officials on CARE. <br /> 18 Anita Jones-McNair said yes and that there are self-paced training modules online and <br /> 19 live training can also be scheduled. <br />
