2 <br /> 1 One Orange was formed in 2020 to coordinate efforts around racial equity. The One Orange team <br /> 2 engaged internal and external stakeholders and developed the One Orange Countywide Racial <br /> 3 Equity Framework, which was approved in 2022. The purpose of this framework is to outline the <br /> 4 county's overall strategy for change and to provide an overarching framework from which the <br /> 5 jurisdictions can develop their respective racial equity plans.
