Term Limits—Lucia Welborne will be cycling off of the board at the end of her 2nd term <br /> in June 2024. New applicant being considered for this position—Annie Goldberg. <br /> 2. Debby Hill, Mike Delafield, Tracey Little and Lynne DuBose are coming to end of first <br /> term in June 2024 and need to confirm desire to continue to 2nd term. <br /> Old Business: None <br /> Information Items: OCAS Developments from Director, Dr. Strong <br /> 1. January 20th—OCAS is partnering with Cone Health in Mebane for Healthy Tails <br /> Adoption Event <br /> 2. In February OCAS is working with a mobile home park for TNR and rabies vaccination <br /> for community cats. <br /> 3. Orange County Roadshow January 3 1" and February 1". This is a quarterly event for the <br /> residents to learn about all county services OCAS will be presenting there. <br /> 4. Ashley Miller has been promoted to Animal Control Manager, and internal interviews <br /> being conducted to fill her former role as Training Officer. There will be an ACO <br /> Page 4 of 6 <br />
