Amendments to the Orange County Staff Working Group(SWG) By-Laws and Operating <br /> Procedures <br /> The Board approved amendments to the Orange County Staff Working Group (SWG) By-Laws. <br /> h. Approval of the Orange County Transportation Services Public Involvement Plan <br /> The Board approved the Orange County Transportation Services (OCTS) Public Involvement <br /> Plan. <br /> i. Computer Surplus Declaration and Donation to Triangle Ecycling <br /> The Board approved and authorized the Chair to sign a resolution declaring items listed in the <br /> abstract as surplus and authorized the donation of those items to the non-profit Triangle Ecycling. <br /> j. Request for Road Additions to the State Maintained Secondary Road System for Red <br /> Maple Lane and Eno Ridge Drive in the Cates Landing Subdivision <br /> The Board approved a recommendation to the North Carolina Department of Transportation <br /> (NCDOT) and the North Carolina Board of Transportation (NC BOT) concerning a petition to add <br /> Red Maple Lane and Eno Ridge Drive in the Cates Landing Subdivision to the State Maintained <br /> Secondary Road System. <br /> k. Construction Contract with HGS, LLC T/A RES Environmental Operating Company, <br /> LLC for the Gravelly Hill Middle School (GHMS) Stormwater Wetland Retrofit Protect <br /> The Board approved a construction contract in the amount of $286,820.84 with HGS, LLC T/A <br /> RES Environmental Operating Company, LLC for the Gravelly Hill Middle School Stormwater <br /> Wetland Retrofit Project. <br /> 9. County Manager's Report <br /> Bonnie Hammersley said they could set up separate meetings to go over the information <br /> in item 7-a before the January 16, 2024 meeting. She said they would also extend that invitation <br /> to the schools. She wished the Board a happy holiday. <br /> 10. County Attorney's Report <br /> John Roberts said he would send a brief overview of the administrative overhead cost <br /> requirements for the opioid settlement funding and would make sure that information is shared <br /> with non-profits before the next opportunity for opioid settlement funding. <br />
