The 13 buildings will be further subdivided into 74 <br />individual town homes. All units are to be For Safe. The ultimate number of dwelling <br />units will be dependent on the types of units that sell best. According to the Developer, <br />Beazer will submit plans before the end of January 2004 for two buildings consisting <br />of II units, with additional building construction to begin as pre - selling of the units <br />accelerates. <br />The name of the multifamily section will be Braddock Park at Churton Grove. <br />
