f) At any entrance to a subdivision or multi- family development, there may be not <br />more than two (2) suns identifying such subdivision or development A single <br />side of any such sign may not exceed sixteen (16) square feet, nor may the total <br />surface area of all such signs exceed thirty -two (32) square feet <br />g) Internally lighted or unlighted church or governmental bulletin boards and <br />identification signs, not exceeding one (1) per abutting street and not to exceed <br />thirty -two (32) square feet, <br />h) Announcements by public or non - profit organizations of fund raising events, <br />special events or activities of interest to the general public, other than political <br />signs. Signs maybe erected up to 2 weeks prior to the event and shall be removed <br />within 48 hours after the event. Such signs shall be of rigid construction (not <br />banners) and shall not exceed 8 square feet in area. Signs shall be limited to 4 per <br />event and displayed at different locations. No more than 2 signs advertising <br />different events may be placed at one location For purposes of determining the <br />number f signs, the use of a banner permitted by Section 8.5.f shall count as one <br />of the 4 allowable signs, but shall not limit the placement of two additional signs <br />for different events at the banner location Signs maybe located within the public <br />right-of-way, but not in intersection site triangle. <br />i) Temporary real estate sign for lots of less than five (5) acres, a single sign on <br />each street front The sign shall not exceed four (4) square feet in area and may <br />contain the message that the property is for sale, lease, or rent and the name, <br />address, and phone number of the agent.
