Linnet Drive shall be a public right-of-way constructed to NCDOT standards with additional <br /> five (5)feat utility easements on each side. Sight distance mangles(to'x 70')shall be <br /> delineated on the plat far the intersection of Linnet Drive and Davis Road. <br /> 2. Lots t and 4 shall not have access to Davis Road but shall exit onto Linnet Drive. The <br /> driveway access points for lob 1 and 4 shall be a minimum of IOO feet from the intersection <br /> with Davis Read. <br /> 3. If an entrance sign is anticipated and will not be placed within the land use buffer area or <br /> directly behind It a sign presented must be reserved within one of the residential lots.
