The performance period for this grant award is <br /> October 1, 2023—September 30, 2024. The program is administered in the Orange County <br /> Housing Department with assistance and oversight from the Orange County Partnership <br /> to End Homelessness. This program provides assessment, information, and referrals to <br /> people who are currently experiencing or at imminent risk of homelessness in Orange <br /> County. Staff facilitate permanent housing referrals via Coordinated Entry in accordance <br /> with the CoC's prioritization.
