53 <br /> 1 Chair Bedford said she is still confused about the recommendation to fund the <br /> 2 maintenance dollars and she does not understand where that is factored into any of this. <br /> 3 Kirk Vaughn said in each Woolpert plan, there is regular maintenance built into the plans <br /> 4 for those buildings that are not undergoing other renovations. He said option A, there are no <br /> 5 renovations, and all funds go to maintenance. He said once they go past those periods, that is <br /> 6 when they hit the pay-go period. <br /> 7 Chair Bedford said she would like to see what it is that the county should be funding every <br /> 8 year for building maintenance if the buildings were in perfect condition. She said that number is <br /> 9 important. <br /> 10 Kirk Vaughn said Woolpert estimated between $27 million and 34.9 million per year.
