She said <br /> 4 that the second box down asks for universal design. <br /> 5 Commissioner Portie-Ascott asked if there was a minimum score. <br /> 6 Bonnie Hammersley said there were ten applications and one was incomplete, so only <br /> 7 nine were awarded funding. She said that she was in both meetings and once the NOAH projects <br /> 8 were identified and had occupants, that made an impact. She said the top three received total <br /> 9 funding and the others received partial funding <br /> 10 Commissioner Portie-Ascott said there were some that score low on community design. <br /> 11 Bonnie Hammersley said the ones that scored low in that category were the NOAH <br /> 12 projects because they aren't new and did not have the design aspect. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 <br />
