Orange County, NC December 6, 2023 <br />Emergency Radio Respose Converage <br />Statement of Work <br /> <br />Use or disclosure of this proposal is subject to the restrictions on the cover page. <br />Motorola Solutions <br /> <br />Page 5 <br />Section 2 Statement of Work <br />2.1 Motorola Responsibilities <br />Motorola’s general responsibilities include the following: <br /> Assign a project manager, as a single point of contact, who has the authority to make <br />decisions with Orange County. <br /> The assigned project manager will provide a project schedule for Orange County to review <br />and approve, provide timely project status updates, provide meeting minutes/agendas, and <br />conduct status meetings throughout the duration of the project. <br /> During the kick off meeting, Motorola will review the proposed design with Orange County for <br />approval. If any changes need to be made, Motorola will determine any costs associated with <br />the change and provide Orange County with a change order for associated changes. <br /> Schedule the implementation in agreement with Orange County, NC. <br /> Coordinate the activities of all Motorola subcontractors under this contract. <br /> Administer safe work procedures for installation. <br /> Perform the installation of the following: <br />- Install the Public Safety donor antenna on a to-be-determined roof or exterior wall location <br />as coordinated with the customer. <br />- Install the Public Safety BDA using available wall space in the designated head end room as <br />coordinated with the customer. <br />- Install all equipment and passives as per the mutually agreed upon design. <br />- Install all coaxial cable and couplers above the ceiling and will mount all coverage antennas <br />below the ceiling as per the design including the hardware. <br />- Perform sweep testing on all installed coaxial cables to assure that the cable meets known <br />performance standards. <br />- Commissioning and Acceptance Testing <br />- Motorola will properly commission the installed DAS per manufacturer specification and <br />integrate Public Safety services into the DAS. <br />- Motorola will perform AHJ required acceptance testing (to include ‘grid testing’/DAQ testing <br />as required by AHJ) to validate adherence to requisite Public Safety code. <br /> Provide closeout package that will include the following: <br />- Documentation of the system coverage as commissioned <br />- Updated, post construction design drawings. <br />- MSI will tag all serialized items during the installation process with county provided asset <br />tags.
