8 <br /> <br />15.10 Survival of Provisions. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their express terms or by <br />their nature or context would ordinarily be deemed to survive beyond the expiration or <br />termination of this Contract shall survive such expiration or termination for any reason. <br /> <br />15.11 Notices. This Agreement, along with its Exhibits, <br />contains all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the Parties regarding the subject matter of <br />this Agreement and supersedes any prior agreements, oral or written, and all other <br />communications between the Parties relating to such subject matter. This Agreement may be <br />amended or modified at any time by mutual written consent of the authorized representatives <br />of both Parties.
