SOL.NO 2016-027 Confidential and Proprietary 44
MANAGEMENT PLAN AND TIMELINE
The attached sample implementation plan listed below provides a total of 39 days of professional
services to be comprised of consulting, implementation, and training. Upon commencement of the
project, TMA will prepare and provide a project plan produced in a Microsoft Project format and in
accordance with the requirements listed in the AMS documentation. The project plan will identify
tasks and subtasks, phases, milestones, prerequisites, and assigned resources required to
successfully implement the WebTMA solution on schedule. Adjustments to the Project Plan will be
reviewed by the AMS Project Manager and will get modified upon approval. This format proved to
be very successful for the implementation of the WebTMA solution at all of our government
clients.

The assigned TMA project manager (likely Tammy Hilmer) will work with our internal project
management team to ensure that this implementation stays on track and will notify the AMS
project manager when deviation from the plan begins to occur. TMA will work with the data
collection vendor chosen by AMS to provide them with the documents and knowledge that will
make their process of acquiring this data in a format that will be efficiently entered into the
WebTMA system prior to the training for AMS system users. It is a very uncommon occurrence for
our new clients to experience a significant delay in the expected Go‐Live dates that are agreed to in
the kick‐off meeting that will happen shortly after TMA would be awarded as the vendor of choice.

Based on the assessment of the requirements listed in the AMS solicitation, TMA feels that with
proper support from the AMS project team on collecting their necessary information to support the
agreed upon project plan, the realistic Go‐Live date should be expected in 3 months from award of
contract. If there are delays in getting the TMA project team the required information, this
aggressive 3 month implementation desire from AMS will become very difficult.

Please review the Sample Implementation plan in the appendix.

DocuSign Envelope ID: D1041CA6-DBD4-42BE-8B32-7C592BF2BA15DocuSign Envelope ID: 3E613CA5-0A37-4CD3-890F-47CC5E2F38B1
